So, of course a new mother cannot get enough pictures of her baby right? I know it just isn’t me! So I asked Trista Lerit, a super-talented Orange County photographer to take pictures of my daughter. As soon as Trista saw my baby girl and my baby girl saw her there were smiles all around and I knew the session would be a true success! Trista was so good with Teya and I can’t wait to see some samples of the pictures she took.
It isn’t often that I get to work on events other than weddings so it is exciting to help my client Linda plan her daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday party. Unlike most Sweet 16 themes, this fete will be anything but ordinary. The birthday girl loves Old Hollywood – the 20’s and 30’s era. So, I get to design the elements of decor, florals, linens and fun with this modern elegance and Hollywood feel. I’m loving how it is all coming together so far and my favorite florist “The Orange Blossom” (which by the way did my own wedding flowers!) is so talented and I know will shock the guest of honor and her friends with dazzling arrangements and colors!
I had the pleasure of being the wedding coordinator for Stephanie & Josh at Rancho Las Lomas on March 9th. Stephanie had the most amazing and creative ideas for all the details and it was such a pleasure for me to implement those ideas with help from a couple of her friends.

Since becoming a first time mom in October of 2006, I was given the chance to follow my dream of not only becoming a mother, but persuing my career on a full-time basis. Previously, I had been a full-time employee in the Special Events and Marketing field. I always wanted to go full-time with my business but was hesitant to do it. Finally, I got my chance and my husband was wonderful enough to support my decision to resign from my “other” job!
I look forward to the many challenges and joys of working from home while i’m with my baby girl. Thanks to everyone who has supported me through the months!
