This is another vendor I wanted to highlight and share with everyone. PhotoBoof! generously donated their services to the Association of Bridal Consultants Annual Conference off-site event, at the Ocean Institute.

How many people can fit into one photo booth? I think we actually got 6 of us in there – can you see who is who? I’m not telling!
So the Association of Bridal Consultant 2008 conference officially ended last night at our fabulous event held at the Ocean Institute in Dana Point. More on that party to come in a later post.
For now, I just had to share my new favorite picture in the whole wide world. Not only does it include my friend Christina, Simply Modern Weddings, but the oh-so-fabulous event planner, Mr. Colin Cowie!
Colin was a keynote speaker at a luncheon where he shared pictures and stories of his over-the-top weddings and events.
At the end of the luncheon, Colin decided he wanted to help ABC raise money for their scholarship fund so he auctioned off a full day shadowing him throughout an event and access to view the files and all including hotel & airfare! The bidding started at $1000 then climbed higher, higher and even higher! $5000 passes, then $8000, the crowd went wild. The final bid: $10,000!! And not just by one person but THREE! Then out of the blue, more people raised their hands to ask if they could pay that much and Colin ended up with TEN planners! Congrats. to those who won a day with Colin and to ABC for the money raised!
